LAMFT, BS (she, her)
Welcome to the start of your therapeutic journey! As your guide,
I will use an active, creative, directive, and systemic approach to help you access healing. I seek to empower clients to author and share their own meaning of life’s experiences, while also challenging them through compassion, curiosity, and humor. My hope is to be a resource and collaborator each step of the way. Life is full of transitions and I believe you shouldn't feel alone on your unique journey through the changes.

How will therapy look? My work is primarily grounded in Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Experiential Family Therapy, and Psychodynamics. I utilize creative interventions (i.e. art, mindfulness, writing, tangible/behavioral homework) to foster deeper self understanding. I believe in collaboration with my clients to identify helpful interventions rather than using a one size fits all therapeutic model. My expertise in lifespan development helps me offer insights from a holistic understanding of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social changes that may occur throughout life transitions. Prior to becoming a therapist, I developed expertise in conflict management, human development, relationship dynamics, religious trauma, and sexual health. I enjoy working with a variety of concerns and populations and specialize in working with individuals/relationship systems that struggle with intimacy, identity, and sexuality. I strive to provide an environment where humans from all walks of life feel welcome and safe. If you feel that I might be a good fit for you or have any questions about the process, feel free to reach out for a complimentary phone consultation. I hope to welcome you too!
